Campath is a monoclonal antibody drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), and T-cell Lymphoma. However, it is also used off-label to treat multiple sclerosis. Campath was originally approved for second-line treatment of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia in 2001. It is manufactured and marketed by the pharmaceutical company Genzyme and Schering-Plough.
